Here the soul is crying into the light and the wonderment before the eyes. The endless vast panorama that is the garden of Eden lay before us just because in this modern world we paved it over and built bomb factories and energy , planet consuming devices does not mean the Garden has gone. It is still the Garden. There are steps that lead down as life can offer us little in many ways yet the flying Unicorn offers a way over the wall before him. Down below a raft of lost souls float endlessly on the sea that man has made walled off from the landscape. In the foreground behind the soul who seeks, with their back turned to the light are the impresarios of religion the bishops and the popes and the men who wail at the wall banging their heads against it, they are almost hidden in the right corner of the print. The hanging sign above the panorama reads "Freedom is as men do see it, Truth is this of freedom. No Judge will ever feel it"
The vision is of the seeker who wants a way out of the chaos that goes round and round like an endless raft. The Popes and Bishops who hide their priests and clergy sinners and Wailing Wall enthusiasts who ask for money and treat the others who live beside them as dogs or worse,  who demand endless ritual in order to save us. They have their backs to God and indeed are clothed only in hypocrisy and show little or none at all of a true spirituality. Perhaps we need a new religion in this world, one of peace and love and equality of all as the old ones seem not to have worked. The clean, clearness of a child's mind would see the Unicorn for it flies before us all. We only need to choose the light and turn our backs on the emptiness of the churches and empty worded hypocrites, who burned women, who defiled endlessly and who carry large scrolls repeating their saviors name over and over, yet do unspeakable horrors to the other children. If people could choose light and peace there would be no war how simple is that? No judge will see this simple fact for by judging others we judge ourselves and feel always apart and different. Our hearts desire to feel at one and joined for apartness is a soul-sickness. The picture speaks.
